How to recover for sudden Cardio Arrest???

Cardiovascular Disease tormented humanity with its fatal impact. More people die due to Cardiovascular Disease than any other disease. CVDs spread its tentacle all over the world. Peoples of developing, developed and underdeveloped countriesaffected by the disease. Cardiovascular attack occurred when  blood flows to a part of the heart that is hindered by clots, resulting in the death of heart muscle. 29th September of every year was recognized as Word Heart Day by the World Health Organization to make people aware of the severity of Cardiovascular Disease. Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Guyana, Ukraine, Russia, Tajikistan and Republic of Maldives are the countries shattered by CVDs, with 500 deaths per 10,0000. Most of the countries belong to the former USSR. India and China contributed more than 2 million deaths due to CVDs during 2008. Most people of developed countries died due to Coronary Heart Disease. CVDs expedite its impact in 2020. More people died due to CVDs than any another disease.

There are six different type of Cardiovascular Disease:

A). Angina:  One type of chest pain caused by depleted flows of blood to the heart muscle. Affected people fell squeezing pressure in their chest. Angina does not have lasting impact. The symptoms of Angina are:

Angina

1. Aching, 2. Burning sensation, 3. fatigue, 4. Dizziness, 5. Breathlessness, 6. Squeezing pain 7. Sweating profusely

B). Arrhythmia: The term Arrhythmia used for irregular heartbeat. Arrhythmia is almost harmless. But acute arrhythmia is life threatening. The Arrhythmia can be bifurcated into two type:

Arrhythmia

1. Tachycardia - This term is used when heartbeat is more than 100 per minutes

2.  Bradycardia - The term is used when heart beat is less than 60 per minutes

C). Congenital Heart Disease: The patient has had an abnormal heart since birth. It is genetic. Being alcoholic or inject inject illegal drugs during pregnancy increase the chances of congenital heart disease. The Impact of congenital heart defect is mild in nature. But severe defects are life threatening.

D). Coronary Artery Disease: The CoronaryArtery Disease creates clots in the artery. Block the flows of blood resulted in heart failure.  Fail to receive much needed oxygen, cause severe chest pain. The end result is a heart attack.

E). Heart Attack: Heart attack is the outcome of blockage of flow of blood to the heart. Heart attack occurs due to consistent accumulation of cholesterol and other elements inside plaque of arteries. Prime symptom of heart attack are:

1. Chest pain, 2. Sweating profusely, 3. Breathing problem, 4. Severe fatigue and 5. Nausea

F). Heart Failure: Heart failure is congestive in nature. This has happened when heart failed to pump blood in normal rate, Clots in arteries and high blood pressure are two main causes of heart failure.

Heart Attack
Age Group

In the United States one person in every four died due to Cardiovascular Disease. Number of male patients suffering from Cardiovascular Disease is higher than women. This does not mean that the number of women patients is very blob. Older people around 65 years or above are pawn to heart disease. Men develop heart disease at the age of 45 years. The rate is doubled at 55. Number of male patients is twice than women. Nowadays even younger people at the tender age are affected by this mortal disease.

Causes of Heart Attack

Some of the prime causes of Cardiovascular Arrest are smoking, drinking alcohol, injecting illegal drugs and food habits.

A. Smoking: Smoking is the prime reason behind the heart disease. Smoke turns the heart muscle sticky, easily attached nicotine, tannin, cholesterol. The ultimate outcome is the unwanted plaque buildup inside our arteries, which hinders the flow of oxygen enriched blood to our heart muscle, which resulted in chest pain and chest failure. In the United States 20% deaths are caused by smoking.

 B. Drugs: Illegal drugs have an adverse impact on our heart. This caused heart attacks, seizure, breathlessness and various respiratory diseases. Cocaine ranks highly among the categories of drugs, which left indelible impact on our heart muscle and arteries. The other drugs which decimated hearts are:

1. DMT, 2. GHB, 3. Heroin, 4. Ketamine, 5. LSD, 6. Marijuana, 7. PCP One needs to stay away from any form of illegal drug to live longer.

C. Life Style: Indiscipline lifestyle is one of the biggest contributors for Cardiovascular Disease. Failing to spend time for exercise increases the chance of obesity, high blood pressure, amount of cholesterol in the blood, which directly impact the health of our precious heart. Less hours of sleep vigorously impact the health of our hearts. Sound sleep stabilizes the body pressure and temperature and enhances the supply of the required amount of blood to the heart. Odd shifts like night or day-night shifts led to fragmented sleep or insomnia, which is detrimental for health. This ultimately resulted in high blood pressure, higher level of cholesterol in the blood, high blood pressure and last not the least enhanced chances of obesity. Person suffering from sleeping disorder quite frequently complains of squeezing pain in their hearts.

 D. Being Alcoholic: Alcohol has a direct impact on our Cardiovascular System. Drinking alcohol on regular basis lead to high blood pressure, irregular heartbeats, damages cells of our heart muscle. Alcohol begets clots inside arteries, which block the flows of oxy-nourished blood flow into our heart. The end result is heart attack or heart failure.

E. Unhygienic Food Habit: Unhealthy foods are major contributors of CVDs. Fast and junk foods increase the cholesterol level in our blood, resulted in irregular heartbeats, adds layers to the arteries.
